A group mission to the scenic tarn via the Pouakai Hut Track. Not so scenic this day and no views of Mt Taranaki. Still a beautiful experience and always so enjoyable with good company. Dense mist. A quick snack. A jump-shot in front of the maunga… And back down we go.
