With fast sales and limited quantities of some of our overseas based brands, pre-ordering out of stock ensures our customers get the gear you want, faster.
Pre-orders across all products sold on the MoveNation website closes on the 10th of each month. Expected delivery dates are the 30th of the same month, although often we can get your order to you earlier than this.
How it works:
Ordering – Where items are not in stock and are available for pre-order, the ‘Add to Cart’ button text will change to ‘Pre-Order Now’. Pre-orders across all eligible products sold on the MoveNation website close on the 10th of every calander month.
Payment – Payment is required at the time of pre-order will be processed immediately upon order placement.
Shipping – The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered products is the 30th of the same month. Often we can get your products to you earlier and where this is possible we absolutely will. However, please note that this is an estimate, and unforeseen delays may occur during manufacturing or shipping. We will notify you via email if there are any significant changes to the shipping timeline.
If your order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items, they will be shipped together when the pre-ordered item is available. If you prefer separate shipments, please contact us for assistance.
Cancellations and Refunds – Pre-orders cannot be canceled after the closure date. To cancel your pre-order prior to this, please contact us via email with your order number. After the pre-ordered item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Communication & Considerations – We will keep you updated on the progress of your pre-order and any significant changes to the supply of goods or the timeline.
