How It Works:

Skratch Hydration Sport Drink Mix supports hydration by closely matching how the body loses fluids and electrolytes through sweat. Sodium makes up the majority of electrolyte loss, so this formula prioritises sodium while including supporting minerals. The addition of simple carbohydrates helps improve fluid uptake and maintain blood sugar, making it suitable before training, during activity, or whenever you’re thirsty.

Directions for Use:

Add one scoop to 350–500 ml (12–16 fl oz) of water and shake well. Use two scoops for a full 44g serve. As a starting point, consume 1–2 servings per hour of exercise, and adjust based on thirst. Use when sweating. Drink when thirsty. Don’t drink when not thirsty.
